Roshane and his team were the most professional since the moment they came by to quote my basement renovation. The team always showed up on time and even worked on a Saturday morning to keep our project on track. Roshane was in constant communication with my wife and I, letting us know what they were working on and what was coming next. The team was very respectful of the common areas they had to pass through to get to the basement and kept everything clean and tidy. The work they did was finished at a high level and we couldn’t be happier we chose Roshane and his team to finish our basement. We needed someone to help us with the tv console area and we were nervous about finding a reliable person who is good at their job and gives a reasonable price. A tenant of mine recently had the pleasure of working with First Class Nation Contracting to address some plumbing issues, and he couldn’t be more impressed. Communication with the tenant was a bit challenging at first, but he was incredibly patient and never gave up on him. He took the time to explain everything in detail, demonstrating a wealth of knowledge and a friendly, personable attitude throughout the entire process. We discovered that the shut-off valves in both the kitchen and bathroom were seized, but he remained persistent, working tirelessly to fix them. He even helped identify the source of my water pressure problems, walking the tenant through the explanation step by step. He couldn’t help but notice how dedicated and hard-working he was—he worked up a sweat but never slowed down! What stood out the most was how thorough he was, taking plenty of pictures and ensuring everything was resolved beyond expectations. Despite being young his professionalism and expertise were exceptional. I don’t impress easily, but this experience truly exceeded my expectations. The friendliness and politeness was a real pleasure and Overall i was pretty pleased with the tub and partial tile install but we did run into a couple glitches that were appropriately corrected. The only real issues i had was the water that seeped under the existing floor tiles somehow and the dust left behind throughout the bathroom, and the bathroom door was not put back on. This may have be that we didnt negotiate clean up but i feel it should just be a given. I would recommend them but be clear in what your expectations are for clean up ~ Cheryl H
